Edit a rubric and re-grade in one go

Spotted a scoring criterion that's wrong or missing while you're grading? You can now fix it and have Examplary re-grade for you, instead of correcting every student's answer by hand.

Open a student's answer on the Grade test tab and click the pencil next to Scoring criteria to edit the question's rubric. When you save, every answer that was graded automatically is re-graded against the new rubric. Editing a test's Grading and feedback AI instructions works the same way — Examplary offers to re-apply them to the AI scores you've already got.

Only automatically graded answers are touched; anything you've graded or left feedback on by hand stays exactly as it is. See writing feedback instructions for how to get the most out of them.
