Until now, getting your colleagues into your workspace meant inviting each of them by email — and anyone who signed up on their own landed in a separate personal workspace instead of yours.
An admin can now claim your email domain under Account → Access & domains, in the new Verified email domains section. Add the DNS record we show you, and from then on anyone who signs up with an address on that domain is offered your workspace the first time they sign in. You choose whether admins approve each request, or people join automatically as a teacher or student.
