The preview step in the exam generation embed now shows a Quality badge next to each generated question. Hover over it to see which quality criteria the question passes and which it doesn't. That makes it easier for your user to decide whether to save the questions or go back and generate again.
It's the same analysis as the question quality endpoint, and it appears automatically when showPreview is on. There's nothing extra to configure.
