When POST /exams/{id}/questions/import finishes straight away, its response used to only say it worked. It now also includes the imported questions under questions, so you can read their IDs and content without fetching the exam again.
Larger files are still imported in the background and respond with "status": "started". For those, the new exam.import.completed webhook brings the questions instead.
