A secondary school putting AI-supported assessment to the test.
Twickel College is a secondary school in Hengelo whose physics teachers know the daily time pressure of making varied, high-quality practice material. That real classroom need is where the NOA project started.
NOA (Natuurkunde Opgaven Assistent) is an open-source tool that generates physics practice questions, built in a NOLAI co-creation trajectory together with Citolab, who provides the scientific grounding.
Their teachers are the practical experts in this project. They set the scope, join the design and development sessions and give us proactive input and honest feedback, while their students take part in the validation study. The questions they ask, and the things they push back on, make the tool better for the schools that follow.
