Getting a whole school into Examplary one person at a time is slow. You can now create or update all of your teachers and students at once from a single CSV file, along with the groups they belong to.
Go to Account → Users and choose Import. Upload a CSV with a column for each person's email, role and name, plus an optional groups column — any groups that don't exist yet are created for you. People are matched on their email address and updated, never removed, so you can safely re-run an import to apply changes. New people can even get their invite automatically as the import runs.
