    Marketing Intern

    InternshipRemote · Arnhem / London

    The role

You'll help get Examplary in front of the teachers and decision-makers who need it most. From growing our social media presence to organizing webinars, and creating and optimizing our content, you'll work across channels and learn about marketing in a B2B SaaS and education context.

This is an active internship where you're treated as a full team member: you pitch ideas, take initiative, and run with them. You'll work closely with our marketing manager. Also, you'll assist the whole team where possible, like building our public library of ready-to-use assessment resources or testing our product.

    What you'll do

    • Grow our reach on LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and possibly other channels. Plan and organize webinars for educators.
    • Create content for social media, blog, and newsletter. Analyze our website and improve SEO.
    • Build landing pages for campaigns and features. Help grow our public library of test resources.
    • Build email campaigns and email funnels, and research new ways to reach teachers and schools.
    • You actively use and test Examplary, and think alongside the rest of the team about the roadmap, its features and what works as well as doesn't work. We're a product-focused organization, and that's reflected in every role.

This is a pivotal role in a small team, where you can make real impact. On our own organization and on education as a whole.

    What a day looks like

    • Morning: quick team check-in, then drafting LinkedIn and Instagram posts about a new feature. Make a short video capture alongside it. You might even make it into a blog post.
    • After lunch: analyzing which website articles drive the most traffic, then jumping into a brainstorm with the marketing manager about a webinar series for teachers. Immediately work out the ideas.
    • Late afternoon: writing and possibly building a landing page for an upcoming campaign.

No two days are alike, and you're free to plan your work as it suits you.

    What we offer

    • Real freedom in how, when, and where you work. We care about our culture and your wellbeing, while being result-driven.
    • Fair compensation, with a chance to continue as an employee after the internship.
    • A remote-first culture with access to our offices in Arnhem and London.
    • A small, close-knit team where your contribution has direct, visible impact.

With this internship, you get the chance to help shape a fast-growing product that genuinely empowers teachers, and learn a ton along the way.

    What we're looking for

    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (marketing, communications, business).
    • Strong writing skills in both English and Dutch. Comfortable working independently and remotely.
    • Curious about AI and actively experimenting with it. Interest in education and how technology can support teachers.
    • Experience with SEO, social media management, content creation, vibecoding and/or design tools is a plus.

All in all, we're searching for someone who communicates clearly, but doesn't need daily instructions or a team lead. We'd rather have you try something new on your own initiative and fail, than not try it at all.
