If your classes live in Google Classroom, you can send a test there with Share → Export. Examplary creates a draft assignment in the class you choose, with a link to the test. An admin enables the integration once, and each teacher connects their own Google account.
That way students find their test in Classroom, and you use Examplary to create, deliver and grade tests with AI.
The Google Classroom integration is available on the Teacher and Organization plans.
Step 1: an admin enables the integration
As an admin, go to Account settings → Workspace → Integrations and click Enable next to Google Classroom. There's nothing to fill in.
Step 2: each teacher connects their Google account
After that, each teacher connects their own account under Account settings → Personal → My integrations. You can also do this the first time you send a test.
- Click Enable next to Google Classroom.
- Click Sign in with Google and allow access to your classes.
Send a test to Google Classroom
- In the test, click Share → Export and choose Google Classroom. The same option is in a test's menu in your list of tests.
- Choose the Class the test should go to.
- Click Send. Examplary shows Sending your test. This can take a minute.
- When it's done, you'll see Your test has been sent. View on Google Classroom opens the class's Classwork page.
The assignment is a draft, so nothing reaches students yet. In Google Classroom, set the due date and who it's for, then assign it. Practice spaces can't be sent.
Nothing comes back: results stay in Examplary, where you review and grade them.
Troubleshooting
Google Classroom isn't in the Export menu. Your admin hasn't enabled the integration yet, or it isn't included in your plan.
There's no class in the list. Only active classes where you're a teacher show up. Check that in Google Classroom.
Examplary says Google did not grant ongoing access. Remove Examplary from your Google account's third-party connections, then sign in with Google again.
